Is that like a back road? I love wandering about places that not many people go to. :)
Great shot!

When you feel your soul drop to the floor,
Like a hole, like an open bleeding sore...
Then you'll have bled like I bled!
And you'll have wept as I've wept!

Tx, and ... do you understand Afrikaans ? It's based on Dutch but closer to modern Flemish :)
Tx, it's actually a track in a state forest meant for use by the forestry staff. It does not see much traffic apart from that except during the holiday's when hikers, cyclists etc use it to explore the various trails leading off of it :)
I see. I'd be among those hikers but probably not during the holidays cause it'd be too loud then and the whole experience would be a bit lost with all those people there. It'd be annoying to me, haha. I'm glad you went for a walk there and took these photos. I like them!

Well I think I can understand it , since I am Dutch.. but I think I agree with Peetie, I would like to drive to that place far away from "Joburg" too

This place has continuously called us back for almost 30 years, every time we skip a year we suffer this pulling sensation, truly magical place :)
